E-Mail

Mailaccounts (POP3/IMAP4)

Mailboxes are full-fledged addresses that come with their own username and password. The POP3 and IMAP4 protocols are supported.

Domain aliases/redirects

A domain alias is an additional address to an existing domain so that calls are forwarded directly to it. Domain redirects to an external address can also be created.

Mailman Mailinglist

You set up the mailing list using the admin tool and can provide users from any address with a link through which they can register. Now you and the users can send an email to the address you originally specified as the main address and all logged in users will receive this message delivered to their personal address.

Automatic email response

An autoresponder (automatic answering) is an address that automatically answers emails with any text - roughly comparable to an answering machine on a telephone.

Webmail access via browser

Webmail allows you to access your email accounts through a web-based interface. Sending emails is of course also possible. So you are free of Outlook or other email clients if you wish. Webmail also offers a personal calendar and an address book.

URL: webmail.yourdomain
login with FULL accountname example: support@creaweb.xyz
enter your password (never share your password)

Excellent spam protection

With the help of an analysis system and real-time blackhole lists, the majority of unwanted advertising emails can be filtered. You can set your spam filter individually as desired using the admin tool.

Secure email communication

The connection for receiving and sending e-mails is SSL encrypted and therefore offers no attack surface for unauthorized interception of your messages.

Nginx Caching

Why Nginx caching  and how does Nginx caching work?

Nginx caching is a feature of the popular Nginx web server that can be used to speed up the loading times of websites. It works by using a cache to store copies of previously requested web pages or elements.

When a visitor requests a webpage for the first time, the web server has to generate the page from scratch. If Nginx caching is enabled, the generated page will be stored in the cache. If another visitor requests the same page, Nginx can deliver the page directly from the cache, instead of having to request it from the web server again. This saves time and improves page load times.

How to Enable Nginx Caching in Plesk

Enable for individual domains:Log in to your Plesk control panel.
- Go to Websites & Domains > Select the desired domain.-
Go to Apache & nginx Settings.
- Check the box next to Enable Nginx caching.
   - -(Optional) You can adjust the cache settings.

=>Click OK to save the changes.

Can I Disable Nginx Caching in Plesk

Yes, Nginx caching can be disabled without any problems after it has been enabled.

Disabling the cache will not have any negative effects on your website. Already cached content will continue to be served until it expires or is manually deleted from the cache.

How to Disable Nginx Caching in Plesk

Disable for individual domains:

- Log in to your Plesk control panel.
- Go to Websites & Domains > Select the desired domain.
- Go to Apache & nginx Settings.
- Uncheck the box next to Enable Nginx caching.
- Click OK to save the changes

Disable Nginx caching manually

Manual deactivation:

Advanced users can also disable Nginx caching by manually editing the Nginx configuration file. However, this is not recommended unless you are familiar with editing configuration files.

Additional notes:

After disabling Nginx caching, new page requests will be fetched from the origin server again, not from the cache.

It is recommended to clear the cache occasionally to ensure that it does not grow too large and affect system performance.
